Notification
of cancellations must be sent, in writing, to the Conference
Organisers. Cancellations will be accepted up to and including
Friday, 4 July 2008 with a refund of all fees less a 20% cancellation
charge. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after
this date. Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time. |
