Full papers CANNOT be published or included in the programme unless the appropriate registration fee has been received. Submissions which are unpaid at the time of programme compilation 30 June 2008 will not be considered for oral presentation. Similarly poster presentations which remain unpaid at the advance print deadline of 15 July 2008 will be withdrawn without further notice.
 

 

 

Each paper must have at least ONE registration. If the same author has more than one paper accepted, each of the other papers also requires a relevant registration. Papers without registration before 15 July 2008 will not included in the conference proceedings.

 

 

 

 
 
¡¡Registration Fees
 

 

A discounted registration fee is available on or before 15 July 2008 and is available to any participants. After 15 July 2008, the standard registration fees will apply. Authors requiring full paper acceptance to attend the conference should note that registration fees are refundable in case of full paper rejection minus a small administration fee.

¡¡Registration Fee Waiver
 

A limited number of general registration fee waivers and student registration fee waivers will be provided for people who would be unable to attend the Conference if they had to pay the registration fee. These waivers are reserved for individuals not in full time employment or affiliated with an institution.

 

Applicants for the Registration Fee Waiver need to make a case explaining their particular circumstances. The quality of each applicant¡¯s proposal will be assessed. Please email a statement, no longer than two pages, including:
