All the authors of accepted posters will be required to display and present their papers at the organized poster session.

Poster Size

 

	Poster boards will be prepared for the poster presentation at Conference Lobby, Grand Ballroom of the venue. The size for each poster should be within 180cm (height) X 120cm (width). Presenters for the poster sessions are asked to bring and attach their posters on the board at the following given times.
Poster Number     Poster board number will be prepared by Technical Committee and positioned in the upper side of the board. Please mount your presentation material on your assigned board.

 

Text

 

All the posters should be readable by walk-away. Poster title, authors’ name, affiliation must be placed at the top of the board. The message should be clear and understandable without an oral explanation.   The poster can be made either on one sheet (roll up) or in several small sections. One poster board is available for each presentation and will be suitable for mounting photo prints, description, charts and tables.

 

Displaying Supplies

 

Secretariat will prepare tapes for mounting at the reception desk near the poster presentation area. However, it is encouraged to bring your own suppliers in case that they could be run out and not be sufficiently available for all of presenters.
