The SET2008 (7th International Conference on Sustainable Energy Technologies) has been held from 24 to27 August, 2008 at Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Seoul, Korea, the "heart of Korea", a country rich in traditions, culture, arts, hospitality and natural beauties.

SET2008 has been the last event in a series of highly successful International Conferences on Sustainable Energy Technologies (SET), previously held in Santiago, Chile(2007), Vicenza, Italy(2006), Shandong, China(2005), Nottingham, United Kingdom(2004), Chongping, China(2003) and Porto, Portugal(2002)
 

 

  

Dear SET2008 Participants,

 

On behalf of the Organizing Committee of 7th International Conference on Sustainable Energy Technologies (SET2008) held in Seoul, Korea, 24-27 August 2008, I would like to appreciate all of you who participated in the conference. It was a long way to travel and your attendance was much appreciated. We hope you found the conference relevant and informative, and had a great time in Seoul. According to the official figures we had more than 450 registered attendees representing from 32 nationalities.

 

We are proud to be given this opportunity for serving the international community and very happy to be acknowledged by many of you for satisfaction with the conference.

 

The Conference Proceedings of CD version including conference photos will be sent to the participants by

the end of November.

 

I hope that you all have returned home safely with useful scientific information from the Conference as well as a fond memory of Korean culture and hospitality experienced during your stay in Seoul.
